DECISION

I was involved in a project dedicated to creating a special edition of "Childhood" by Leo Tolstoy. We put in a tremendous effort: designing numerous unique spreads, selecting fonts based on Tolstoy’s own handwriting, and striving to capture the spirit and atmosphere of his era.

A significant part of our work was dedicated to research—we explored archives, sourced materials from open-access Russian museums, and studied calligraphy and illustrations from that period. This project provided a deep dive into Tolstoy’s work, allowing us to present his novel in a visually and aesthetically refined format.
